"I’VE BEEN INSURED WITH ZERO ACCIDENTS THROUGH THIS AGENCY AND I WAS VERY HAPPY, HOWEVER , WITH MY NEW POLICY, MY SIGNATURES WERE NEVER RECEIVED, ALTHOUGH I SIGNED THE DOCUMENTS. THIS IS NOT ON ME AND I WAS CANCELED AND EXPECTED TO PAY ANOTHER FEE TO RESTART MY POLICY WHEN THE GLITCH IS WITH STATE FARM! NO ONE IS WILLING TO FIX THE MISTAKE WHEN I KNOW THEY CAN. I WILL GO ELSEWHERE AND GET INSURED. I decided to call State Farm, after calling the “budget” insurance companies, and was directed to a wonderful agent. He is now my agent! He is agent Ian Glover and has always done a terrific job at keeping me insured and the best part is the price is less with State Farm and I have a reputable company that stands behind me. "Great and fast assistance from Christian! I experienced a problem logging into my claim portal after I changed my user ID and password. I called the internet tech support yesterday, but the automated voice system did not authenticate me. I expressed to Christian yesterday that I must regain access to my claim portal because I need to upload a work estimate on my claim. I called the State Farm office a few minutes after five and Christian was professional and attentive to my concern. Christian called me today while I was doing yard work at home. He had on the call a member of the internet tech support. She was able to authenticate me and she solved the login issue for me. I greatly appreciate that Christian stayed involved to make sure my problem was resolved. Thank you Christian!"
