My name is Bayley Goodman, and I am a dedicated team member at Neil Klemme State Farm. With a strong educational background and a passion for both business marketing and coaching, I bring a unique set of skills and experiences to my role. After graduating from Benton Central High School in 2016, I pursued my academic and athletic endeavors at Purdue University Northwest, where I studied Business Marketing and played basketball.

Upon completing my degree in 2020, I accepted a job as a Marketing Teacher and the Head Girls Varsity Basketball coach at North Judson San-Pierre High School. While coaching allowed me to discover my passion for leadership and mentorship, I realized that I wanted to apply my marketing knoledge in the insurance industry. This realization led me to join State Farm in October 2023, where I have had the privilege of assisting customers while also continuing my coaching duties at my alma mater as an assistant for my old high school coach.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find love spending time outdoors, walking my dogs, and exploring local dog parks. Staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to me, so you may often find me engaged in various fitness activities. Additionally, I enjoy unwinding by watching movies with my boyfriend.

Hi! My name is Diamond Wynn. I have been with Neil Klemme for 10 years now! I love being able to help customers understand their bills and answer any questions they have on their policies. My husband and I are high school sweethearts, we met when we were 10 and 11 running for same Jr Olympic cross country team. We now have two beautiful boys Peyton and Luca. We are a huge sports family. We love watching football and basketball and cheering on the Boilermakers, but also love Notre Dame football! In our free time we love playing basketball, sand volleyball, going for a run, riding bikes or playing cards. Even though I am remote now I still love being a part of the Neil Klemme State Farm team where I am able to help provide great customer service!

My name is Ian Glover, and I am a first-year team member here at Neil Klemme State Farm. I am originally from the western suburbs of Illinois and just moved to West Lafayette in the spring of 2022. I graduated with High Honors from Aurora University with a Bachelor’s in Finance, and I am now a licensed Multi-Line Account Representative with aspirations to become an agent myself one day. Most of my family is from Indiana and I have made frequent visits to Lake Freeman and Indianapolis my entire life, so it was only fitting to move down here for work and officially become a Hoosier. I love watching the Bulls but my love for football has always been split between the Colts and Bears. Also, when I moved down here, my lovely girlfriend of two years moved with me and we spend much of our time playing tennis, basketball, rummy and euchre, and walking the Happy Hollow trails in our neighborhood or playing music on the back porch.
